Jarfista Engineering Company was founded in 2008 by attracting young, committed, innovative and creative specialists and engineers, it started its activity to create an efficient and effective system for presenting and implementing the desired plans and projects and according to the scientific and Innovation has continuously developed and improved the quality of the services provided.

We are grateful to the Almighty God for giving us the opportunity to provide honest services to the noble people of Iran and the construction and development of the country in the form of preparing and implementing various plans and projects.

The stages of project implementation in Jarfista Company

The steps of project implementation by Jarfista Engineering and Technical Company after concluding the contract with the client are as follows and in 4 parts.

    1. Duties of the design department:
  • Providing consulting services to the employer about the project and providing phase zero studies;
  • Finalizing the project work description and the client's expectations from the project;
  • Mapping of the project site;
  • Phase one studies and presentation of plans to the employer;
  • Completing calculations and providing plans for the second phase of implementation along with all the details of architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical plans;
  • Preparation of As-Built plans after completion of each part of the project.
    1. Duties of the procurement department:
  • Receiving all the drawings from the design department to obtain the necessary permits;
  • Communicating the plans to the construction department after receiving the approvals;
  • Equipping the workshop at the beginning of each project and dismantling the workshop at the end;
  • Purchase and transfer of materials and equipment needed for the workshop during the execution operation;
  • Provision of contracting and labor force in coordination with competent authorities.
    1. Duties of the construction department:
  • Receiving the plans and transferring them to the relevant contractors for execution;
  • Checking maps and fixing conflicts during execution;
  • Safety check before starting and during the implementation of each activity;
  • Checking materials and equipment entering the workshop;
  • Carrying out construction operations according to the schedule;
  • Complete and detailed monitoring of the execution and installation procedures;
  • Testing, launching, and delivering the project.
    1. Duties of the project control department:
  • Developing a schedule;
  • Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports to present to company managers and employers;
  • Control the implementation process according to the schedule;
  • Report delays to relevant departments;
  • Preparation of reports during work;
  • Creating coordination and coherence between all three departments of design, procurement, and construction.
